Billing and Subscription Plans

Select Billing from the main menu or dashboard to view invoices, credit usage, payment details and your plan.

Invoices

The Invoices page lists past invoices. Select an invoice to view or download its details.

Subscription Plan

When you first sign up you will be in our FREE Tier pay-as-you-go subscription plan. If you wish to move to one of our paid plans in order to have additional pass allowance then you can do that here.

Pay-as-you-go plans use a registered payment card. Monthly contract plans use a direct debit mandate.

Payment Card

Use Payment Card to register or update the card used by pay-as-you-go billing. Stripe processes the card details; Smartix stores only the payment reference.

Direct Debit

Use Direct Debit to register or update the mandate used by monthly contract billing.

Apply for monthly plan

If you are on a pay-as-you-go plan and want to move to a monthly contract, complete the application form. Because monthly billing is in arrears, a credit check may be required.

Credit usage and buying credits

Credit Usage lists credit-consuming actions such as issuing, updating and notifying passes. Buy Credits shows your free and paid credit balance, the next free-credit date and options for purchasing more credits. Studio shows a credit quote before an action is confirmed.
