Smartix for Shopify
Smartix for Shopify connects wallet passes to your Shopify store and point-of-sale workflow. It can support loyalty cards, stamp cards, membership cards, gift cards and other customer-engagement journeys.
What the integration provides
Section titled “What the integration provides”- Shopify POS — staff can scan and manage Smartix passes while completing a sale. Depending on the pass type, they can add points, redeem rewards, issue stamps, verify membership, apply member discounts or redeem gift-card value.
- Customer accounts — signed-in customers can view cards linked to their Shopify account, check balances and rewards, and add or restore passes in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
- Product information — show relevant pass benefits on product pages, such as points earned, membership discounts or stamp-card progress.
- Cart rewards — let customers apply eligible loyalty rewards, stamp-card rewards, membership benefits or gift-card value before checkout.
Install the Smartix app from the Shopify App Store, connect it to your Smartix Studio account, and choose which POS, customer-account, product and cart features to enable. Create and configure the required Smartix templates in Studio before testing the integration.
